Terms of Service

By using Xrevise, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Xrevise provides AI generated proofreading and rewriting suggestions for text you choose to submit. Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish any suggestion.
Usage records
To operate and improve the service, Xrevise retains submitted drafts, referenced-post context, generated suggestions, token counts, and the selected suggestion card for 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 13 years old and permitted to use the X account used to sign in. You are responsible for activity performed through your Xrevise session.
Free and Plus plans
The Free plan includes 10 lifetime card generations per X account. Each generated or regenerated card counts once. Xrevise Plus costs $9 USD per month and includes unlimited card generations while the subscription remains active. We may apply safeguards to automated abuse or activity that threatens the service.
Billing and cancellation
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes recurring payments, taxes, receipts, and payment data. Purchases are also governed by the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms presented at checkout. You may request cancellation by emailing meshakzac@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds are provided where required by law or expressly stated during checkout.
Your content
You retain ownership of the text you submit. You give Xrevise only the limited permission needed to transmit, process, and return that text as part of the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.
Acceptable use
You may not use Xrevise to break the law, harass or impersonate others, create spam, scrape X, automate engagement, bypass usage limits, attack the service, or violate X's rules or another person's rights.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Xrevise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every suggestion will be correct or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Xrevise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
